I am so happy to offer this dahlia to you, I have waited several years for this moment, and she really is a treasure. Irish Ruffles is the only dahlia I know that actually has ruffly petals, there is nothing else like her. Six to eight inch large blooms are pure white with a blush center, very nice long stems. If you have never grown her, she beats all the expectations!
