  • If you live in the state of Washington and would like to pick up your dahlia tubers in person, please choose the option for pick-up at checkout.

    Local pick-up of orders is every Saturday.

  • Unfortunately at this point we are unable to ship internationally due to customs regulations.

  • We ship our tubers in mid-spring, just in time for you to plant them! You will receive a shipping notification once your tubers ship. For questions about your order, please email us.

  • We guarantee your tuber to have a live eye and be true to the variety that you ordered.

    Please note, all stock is subject to survival in storage prior to shipping. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment if we notice that a tuber in your order is not viable after being stored.

    Guarantees do not cover:

    • Customer negligence to include (but not limited to) improper storage prior to planting, improper planting (pots too small, tubers planted vertical, crowns above soil, etc.), planting too early or late for grower’s season, or over watering.

    • Problems caused by animals, pests/insects, or rodents.

    • Tubers planted that were used for cuttings.

    • Acts of Mother Nature.

    • Rot after planting. 

    • Virus and/or disease issues (such as gall).  

  • Multiple orders: All orders ship individually. If you place two separate orders, we are unable to combine and ship into one order.

  • Open your package immediately to vent and inspect your tuber(s) for condition and accuracy. If you feel the tuber is in unacceptable condition when it arrives, contact us within 72 hours to discuss your concerns. Please be prepared to provide a photo of all sides of the tuber in question. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to make it right.

  • All sales are final.

    Our refund policy is limited as we do not have any control over the customer’s handling of the tubers once they are unpacked. We are unable to refund if dahlia’s have been stored improperly prior to planting, plant too early, over water, or have bad soil conditions.  

    If your dahlia doesn’t sprout above ground, please let us know within five weeks after planting. Please be prepared to provide photos.  Only under the conditions of this policy do we offer a choice of either a 100% refund or replacement of non-sprouting tubers. If you choose a replacement option, the tuber(s) will be sent the following growing season with either the same dahlia as originally purchased or your choice of a new variety of equal value.

    We will contact you for refund or replacement options if we feel that for any reason, your variety choice becomes unavailable.  This may be due to the tuber not making it through the storage period due to rot or, not producing a live eye.

  • Plant heights noted with the variety description are based on averages. Heights may differ depending on the weather and soil conditions of your planting area.

    If you feel you did not receive the dahlia variety you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can replace your order at no additional charge or issue you a refund if the variety is no longer available. We will do our best to provide the dahlia variety that is true to its name and the color that you feel you ordered.

    Please note that color interpretations may differ.  We do our best to provide a color photo true to actual Dahlia color but sometimes may slightly vary depending on lighting or stage of blooming and climate. We highly recommend reading the Dahlia description that we provide.
